Welcome in Piazzatorre 

Dear athletes, dear guests, 
Piazzatorre is proud to host the World BikeTrial Championship 2024, and we aim to honor this event in the best possible way. 
Once again, our town becomes the stage for a major international sports event. Following the successful hosting of numerous national and international Moto Trial competitions, the Municipal Administration enthusiastically accepted the proposal to bring a World BikeTrial competition to our territory. 
I am confident that, as in the past, the Municipal Administration and all the volunteers involved will give their utmost to ensure the flawless execution of the event, providing complete satisfaction to both competing athletes and the attending audience. This will further solidify Piazzatorre's reputation as an optimal venue for hosting such sporting events, leveraging the characteristics of the surrounding mountainous territory to create an ideal stage for high-level competitions.
On behalf of myself and the entire community of Piazzatorre, a warm welcome to all members of the World BikeTrial Championship 2024 entourage, and best of luck to all competing athletes!

Dear BikeTrial friends,
reorganizing the World BikeTrial Championship in Italy is a great thrill. We can't wait to see you again here with many new friends and the same enthusiasm as always. BikeTrial is the sport that brings us together and helps us overcome every organizational difficulty, for the pleasure of meeting you and renewing this great sports celebration. 
This time we will be in Piazzatorre, a small village in the Alpin Orobian's mountains that will amaze you with its enchanting landscape and uniqueness; They welcomed us with joy and we got in tune immediately. I'm sure Piazzatorre will remain in your heart forever. 
This competition will be the result of the work of all the friends of Italian BikeTrial. Everyone will contribute, each in a different sector, but all together in a great team formed by the Italian BikeTrial Clubs, the BikeTrial Observers, the friends of MotoClub Bergamo and TZ Trial, Team Villongo ASD, UISP, the zone markers (all and only 100% Natural!), and all those who will collaborate in any way with this event. We are doing our best and can't wait to have you here.

World BikeTrial Championship 2024 :
Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Class F, Class 3, Class 2, Class 1, Nations. World BikeTrial Cup 2024 : Hobby 1, Hobby 2, Hobby 3.
Starting riders with valid BikeTrial national or international licenses for 2024.
During the event will be guest also the National Categories.

6 - Free camping details

Free camping area will be in: Viale Dei Tigli, Piazzatorre

Toilets and showers will be avalaible for those who want to reach with its own vehicles such as Caravan and Auto-Caravan or tents. Electrical connection is NOT available in Piazzatorre camping.

Piazzatorre it is a mountain municipality, in an alpine area where space is very, very limited. Look for your accommodation now, whether you choose the campsite or hotel. Search now because space here is limited.

8 - Entry fees and applications 

Start fee is  35€ per one rider. The fee will be paid on the day of the competition at the registration desk.

Filled applications must be sent to BIU through national delegate before official dead-line. 

9 - Trip cost contribution 

No trip contribution cost provided. 

10 - Insurance and hospitalization 

All participants must possess his own health personal insurance, in order to be able to pay developed accidents. The organizer does not pay expenses of the event for cares. Is necessary a health insurance for the riders. 
The organizer will provide emergency medical services during the competition’s time for all riders. If hospitaliza-tion required, ambulance will transport to the hospital.  
Any hospital services out of the insurance coverage required for the athlete will be at the rider’s personal expense.
